HB 50 helps Title I schools access free period products for students.

The 2023-2024 Feminine Hygiene Product Grant will award local education agencies to provide feminine hygiene products to students enrolled in qualifying schools at no cost to students.

​

To qualify for this grant program, a public school must include students enrolled in any combination of Grades 5-12 and receive Title I funds. 

​

Funds will be automatically disbursed to the LEAs on a quarterly basis. Funds are awarded on a pro rate basis based on the total number of female students enrolled in Grades 5-12 at those schools.
